What is Dermal Filler?
Dermal fillers are non-surgical cosmetic treatments designed to restore volume, enhance facial contours, and smooth wrinkles or fine lines. Made from substances like hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring compound in the body, fillers provide a safe and effective way to rejuvenate and refresh your appearance with minimal downtime.
Commonly Treated Areas:
- Lips: Add volume, enhance shape, or define borders for a fuller, more balanced look.
- Cheeks: Restore lost volume and lift sagging skin for a youthful contour.
- Nasolabial Folds: Soften the lines running from the nose to the corners of the mouth.
- Marionette Lines: Reduce the lines extending downward from the corners of the mouth.
- Chin: Enhance projection, balance facial proportions, or smooth dimpling.
- Jawline: Define and sculpt the jaw for a sharper, more contoured appearance.
- Under-Eye (Tear Troughs): Minimize hollows and dark circles for a refreshed look.
- Hands: Replenish lost volume and smooth crepey skin.
How It Works:
Dermal fillers are injected beneath the skin to plump and lift targeted areas, providing instant results. Treatments are highly customizable, allowing you to address specific areas of concern while maintaining a natural look. Depending on the type of filler used, results can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years.
