Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, balance your hormones, pre or postpartum care, or improve your overall health and energy, Laura’s extensive knowledge and training will enable her to create a personalized plan just for you.
How does this process work?
First, you’ll start with a free consultation one-on-one with Laura and review your responses collected from the intake form. Laura will then create a nutrition and/or fitness plan specifically for you based on your goals. Tracking and progress accountability check-ins will happen virtually or in person on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, whatever works best for you. Results will be measured with biofeedback markers with the main goal being to lead you to better health!
Monthly, 6-month, 9-month, and 12-month programs are available.
